SATI Art is the authentic method of
practice originated by Buddha who
established the original Buddhism.
Buddha used the Pāli bhāvanā as a
means of practice, mainly sati(念) and
sometimes vipassana(觀). SATI Art can be
translated into meditation, practice,
mindfulness, awareness, etc in English.
Why SATI Art is necessary?
The original meditation by Buddha, SATI Art (practice) is most effective in strengthening the
elasticity of mind muscle among all meditations and practices. Considering the various
practices invented by mankind, the practice of Buddha is known to be the best.
We teach authentic techniques at the level of Buddha based on the original texts created by
Buddha.
According to SATI Art established by Buddha, if we understand the reality of phenomena as the
way they are, we can be free from the bondage of existence and live our lives peacefully as
the size of its freedom.
The memory images in our mind space are traces of life and past experiences.
Mind pollutants combined with these exist in the mind space and pollute it.
The beings exist as they are, but after contacting and recognizing the other existences, you
interpret them at your own level and get constrained to make life difficult.
SATI Art strengthens elasticity of the mind muscle(sati) that has the function of awareness
by practice (mind exercise). It makes the mind space clean by breaking up the pollutants of
the mind (greed, anger, prejudice, ignorance) combined with the memory images.
As a result the reality of existence can be seen as it is, and life can be at peace from the
bondage of existence. At the same time, improving the elasticity of the mind muscle will
enhance your ability to withstand your weight of life and make you feel lighter.
Therefore SATI Art can be used
1. as a tool to accomplish Buddha.
2. to improve an individual's quality of life.
3. as a civil movement to make the ecosystem of the mind space healthy.
4. as a mind industry to guide others to practice. Go to Lecture
What is sati(awareness)?
‘Sati’ is an ancient Indian language, Pāli, which means recognition, awareness, and memory.
This meaning expands and develops into the meaning of practice. Here it is interpreted as
not only awareness but also the mind muscle, the mind microscope, etc. Capitalized SATI is
used as the meaning of 'practice'.
